Return and Refunds

Battle Born Biotech is committed to providing an efficient purchasing experience. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or a return in accordance with our policy and terms and conditions. Please leave us your name, email and a message with your order number to initiate the return.

A return request must be placed within 30 days of the product delivery date. If an item does not meet the needs of the customer, a written explanation stating the reason for return. Please include the part number(s) and quantity as needed before the item may be considered for a return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge. There is a $50.00 per case restocking fee that is deducted from the refund as issued. If the product is not in resalable condition, the refund amount will be reduced appropriately. Refunds are granted in the form of a credit refund or store credit within 15 days. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
